Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email, receive a 6-digit OTP, confirm it and set a new password. If you've also lost access to your registered mobile, contact support at support@mglion.im with your full name and CNIC for identity-based account recovery.

Yes. Go to Account Settings after logging in to MGLion and navigate to the Profile section. Changes to registered contact details require OTP verification on your current number before the update is applied, as a security measure. If you no longer have access to the current number, contact support for assisted update with identity verification.

Contact support at support@mglion.im to request account closure. Before closure, any positive balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Note that permanent self-exclusion (available in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming) has the same effect as account closure if you want to stop betting on MGLion permanently.

No. Each person may hold only one MGLion account. Opening a second account – even with different contact details – breaches the Terms and Conditions. Both accounts would be permanently closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited. Welcome bonuses are available once per person, not per account.

Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on MGLion is just Rs 200. This applies to all accepted payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and IBFT. There is no maximum on standard deposits – if you have a specific question about high-value deposits, contact support directly.

MGLion accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR – there are no currency conversion fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually credited within 30 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. Bank IBFT deposits can take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. MGLion does not charge deposit fees on any of its accepted payment methods. Your full deposit amount is credited to your MGLion balance. Your payment provider (e.g. your bank or Easypaisa account) may have its own transfer charges – check with them if you're unsure, but MGLion's side is fee-free.

First check that the payment was not completed on your provider's side (check your Easypaisa/JazzCash transaction history). If the payment went through on your provider's end but your MGLion balance hasn't updated after the expected time, contact live chat support immediately and provide your transaction reference number. Support is available 24/7 and will trace and credit the deposit manually if confirmed.

Yes. Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) are available in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Setting a limit takes under a minute and takes effect immediately. Reductions apply right away; increases have a 24-hour cooling period before they activate. MGLion strongly recommends every player set a deposit limit that matches their entertainment budget.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on MGLion is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method – the same method you used to deposit, in most cases. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within minutes after approval.

MGLion processes most withdrawal requests within minutes to a few hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are usually the fastest – often under 15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals can take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. Withdrawals are processed every day including weekends and public holidays.

If your withdrawal is pending and you've been asked to verify your identity, this is the KYC process. Submit a clear photo of your CNIC via Account Settings. KYC is a one-time step and usually completes within a few hours. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without this hold. Completing KYC early – right after you register – avoids any delay when you're ready to withdraw.

MGLion does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your full withdrawal amount is sent to your payment method. If your bank charges an inward transfer fee that is outside MGLion's control, but the platform itself adds no deduction to your withdrawal.

Check your MGLion account to confirm the withdrawal status shows as "Approved" or "Processed". If it does but the funds haven't arrived after the expected timeframe, contact live chat support with your withdrawal reference number. The support team can trace the transaction and escalate if necessary. Response time is under 5 minutes around the clock.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus requires 10x wagering on sports or 20x on casino games. For example, if you received a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 10x sports wagering requirement, you'd need to place Rs 50,000 in sports bets (across many bets, not a single stake) to release the bonus for withdrawal. Your own deposit balance is always withdrawable without wagering conditions.

Yes. MGLion's bet slip supports accumulator bets combining multiple cricket selections. Add each selection to your bet slip and switch to the "Accumulator" tab to see the combined odds and potential return. The minimum number of selections for an accumulator is 2. Combining correct bets multiplies your winnings significantly – but all selections must win for the accumulator to pay out.

Yes. Cash-out is available on most live cricket markets on MGLion. If your bet is running in-play and a cash-out value is shown in your open bets, you can settle the bet early for that value rather than waiting for the final result. Cash-out values fluctuate as the game progresses. Not all markets offer cash-out – it depends on the specific bet type and match.

If a match is abandoned before the required number of overs/balls for a result to stand, all match-related bets (match winner, top scorer etc.) are voided and your stake is refunded to your MGLion balance. Bets placed on markets that were fully settled before the abandonment (e.g. first-over runs, toss) are not voided. Specific settlement rules for each market are detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

In Aviator, a multiplier starts at 1x and increases as a plane climbs on screen. You must cash out before the plane flies away – if you do, your bet is multiplied by the value at which you cashed out. If you don't cash out before the plane leaves, you lose your stake. MGLion's Aviator uses a provably fair algorithm – the result of each round is cryptographically committed before betting opens, and players can independently verify every round's result. In Baccarat you bet on whether the Player hand, the Banker hand or a Tie will win. Two cards are dealt to each. Cards 2–9 count at face value, 10s and face cards count as zero, Aces count as one. The hand totalling closest to 9 wins. If either hand totals 8 or 9 on the first two cards it's a natural and no more cards are drawn. Andar Bahar is one of the simplest and most popular card games among Pakistani players. A single Joker card is placed in the centre. Cards are then dealt alternately to two sides – Andar (inside, left) and Bahar (outside, right). You bet on which side will receive a card matching the Joker's value first. The bonus is credited automatically – no code required. It is subject to 10x sports wagering or 20x casino wagering within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For a 10x sports requirement on a Rs 10,000 bonus, you'd need to stake Rs 100,000 in sports bets in total (spread across many bets of any size). Winnings from those bets count towards your balance and can be used to continue wagering. The requirement does not mean you need to deposit more – it refers to total bet turnover.

Account Security

Go to Account Settings after logging in and navigate to the Security tab. Select "Enable 2FA" and follow the on-screen steps. Once activated, every future login will require a one-time OTP sent to your registered mobile in addition to your password. MGLion strongly recommends 2FA for all accounts – it takes under two minutes to set up and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Change your password immediately via Account Settings or the "Forgot password?" flow on the login page. Then contact support at support@mglion.im with the subject "Security Incident" – the team will review your login history, freeze any suspicious activity and guide you through securing your account. Do not share your new password with anyone, including support staff. MGLion will never ask for your password.

All official MGLion communications come from the domain mglion.im. Genuine emails will be sent from addresses ending in @mglion.im. MGLion will never send unsolicited links asking you to log in via SMS, WhatsApp or a third-party message. Never follow login links from unknown sources. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from MGLion, report it to support@mglion.im before clicking anything.

A strong password for your MGLion account is at least 12 characters long, uses a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and at least one symbol (e.g. @, #, !). Avoid using names, mobile numbers, birth dates or dictionary words. Most importantly, use a password that is unique to MGLion – not shared with your email, social media or other accounts. If you use a password manager, this is easy to achieve and highly recommended.

Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming tab. You can choose a cool-off period (24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days), a timed self-exclusion (30 days to 1 year) or permanent exclusion.
