MGLion Terms and Conditions –
What Every Player Should Know

01General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and MGLion ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on MGLion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

MGLion operates as an online sports betting and casino platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is accessible via the website at mglion.im and any affiliated mobile application.

These Terms apply to all features and products available on MGLion including but not limited to cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, Aviator crash game, Baccarat, Andar Bahar and any promotional offers. By using any part of the MGLion platform you are agreeing to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you should not use the MGLion platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active MGLion account. Creating duplicate accounts for any reason – including accessing additional bonuses, circumventing a suspension or bypassing verification requirements – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Registration Requirements

To register on MGLion you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You must be a resident of Pakistan. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current and must notify MGLion immediately if any detail changes.

Verification (KYC)

MGLion operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request documentary verification at any stage of your account's lifetime. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC (National Identity Card), and for higher-value accounts, proof of address. Verification documents must be current, legible and match the details provided at registration. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary restriction of withdrawals until the process is complete.

Account Security

MGLion strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You should use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service. MGLion's support team will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

03Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on MGLion are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. MGLion does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in names other than the account holder's own name.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits are credited to your MGLion balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash.
• MGLion does not charge a fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any associated processing costs.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• MGLion reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than typical activity on the account.
• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts verified in the player's name. MGLion will not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

04Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on MGLion are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting page. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bet Acceptance

MGLion reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. Bets are not accepted from players using automated software, bots or any device that provides an unfair advantage in markets where real-time information is relevant. MGLion also reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where technical errors have resulted in clearly incorrect odds being published.

Settlement Rules for Cricket

• Match winner bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, ECB etc.).
• If a match is abandoned without any play, all bets are void and stakes are returned.
• If a match is interrupted and a result is reached via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, bets are settled on the official DLS result.
• In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data feed delays will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL matches: if a match is moved to a different venue, bets stand unless specifically stated otherwise in the market rules.

Cash Out

Where the Cash Out feature is available on an MGLion market, the Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may increase or decrease as the event progresses. The Cash Out option may be suspended or unavailable at certain stages of an event or during system maintenance. MGLion is not responsible for losses incurred where Cash Out was not available at a specific moment during an event.

05Casino and Game Rules

MGLion's casino games including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Aviator and all other casino products are governed by the following rules in addition to the specific rules displayed within each game interface.

All casino games offered on MGLion use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licensed providers. Game outcomes are not influenced by the Platform, by bet size or by account history. Results in one round have no statistical relationship to results in any previous or future round.

Aviator and Crash Games

Aviator uses a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. The crash multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins and committed to via a cryptographic hash that is published to players in advance. Players may independently verify any round result using the verification tool available in the Aviator game interface. Any claim that crash results are manipulated in MGLion's favour cannot be substantiated given the provably fair architecture.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are governed by the rules displayed within each game. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled on the result recorded by the studio system at the point of the hand or round completion. MGLion is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own internet connectivity issues.

06Bonuses and Promotions

MGLion offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered in addition to the general bonus rules below. Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the stated wagering requirements on a bonus will have the bonus amount deducted from their balance prior to processing.

Welcome Bonus

New MGLion accounts are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount across eligible sports betting markets (minimum odds 1.50 per selection) or 20x across casino games. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after being credited if the wagering requirement has not been met within that period.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time per MGLion account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirement is completed.
• MGLion reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse – including the use of multiple accounts, collusion or any pattern of play designed specifically to extract bonus value – will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Accumulator bets where individual selections are correlated (e.g. the same outcome on different markets from the same match) do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Free bet winnings are credited as cash. The free bet stake itself is not returned.

07Responsible Gaming

MGLion is committed to responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. We provide a range of tools and support resources to help players manage their betting activity in a way that remains healthy and within their means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every MGLion account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you can lose within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a set amount of continuous time on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from MGLion for a period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion can be initiated directly from account settings without contacting support.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days during which your account is temporarily inaccessible.

08Account Suspension and Closure

MGLion reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• More than one account has been created by the same individual;
• The account is being used to launder funds or for any fraudulent purpose;
• The account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotions has occurred;
• Automated software or unfair technical methods are being used on the platform;
• The account holder has self-excluded and attempts to circumvent that exclusion;
• Any other breach of these Terms has occurred.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, MGLion is required to withhold funds pending investigation and may be required by law to report the matter to relevant authorities. Where an account is suspended during an investigation and is subsequently found to have operated within the rules, any held funds will be released in full.

Players wishing to close their own MGLion account voluntarily should contact support@mglion.im. Any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of confirmed account closure.

09Privacy and Data Protection

MGLion collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on MGLion you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

MGLion will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities only where required to operate the platform or fulfil legal obligations. 10Disputes and Complaints

If you believe that a bet has been incorrectly settled or that MGLion has acted in breach of these Terms, you should raise a formal complaint as follows:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Email support@mglion.im with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your account ID, the bet or transaction reference and a clear description of the issue. Support will acknowledge your complaint within 4 hours.
2. Step 2 – Senior Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the matter, request escalation to a senior team member. A senior reviewer will respond within 48 hours.
3. Step 3 – Final Decision: If you remain unsatisfied after the senior review, MGLion will issue a final written decision within 7 business days. This decision represents MGLion's final position on the dispute.

11Amendments to These Terms

MGLion reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MGLion will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via in-platform notification and email to the registered address on your account. Minor updates for clarity or to reflect legal requirements may be made without prior notice but will always be reflected in the updated version date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the MGLion platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any balance.

The current version of these Terms is always available at mglion.im/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
